1. All information given in this brochure is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure information before or after your booking the tour due to any events beyond our control. Incase if we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance we will notify you at the time of booking, otherwise our Tour Manager or Local representative will inform you of the changes. Major road works may necessitate route changes in the itineraries, the restaurants may close or change, management. All of these may cause us to make changes in the itineraries. Where we may know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify you, otherwise our Tour Managers or local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot.
  1. We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any shipping company, coach or coach company, Hotel, Transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we cannot be responsible for mechanical fault or any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company, coach owner/ Transport operator who are the company`s independent contractors arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.
  1. There is no Contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount per person as specified for each tour package. The full payment must be received in accordance with procedures laid down under Payments Terms. If not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply scale of cancellation charges as mentioned in the cancellation policy hereunder.
  1. To terminate the Contract after acceptance of the deposit but prior to the Commencement of Tour without assigning any reason whatsoever. In the event, the Company terminates the Contract; the company shall refund the initial deposit amount without payment of any interest.
  2. It is clear understanding between either parties that any loss arising on account of cancellation of flight / train / bus tickets booked by the Clients; either through the Company or on his/her own or through a third party; the Company shall not be liable for such losses or additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the Clients.
  3. In the event of the Company exercising its rights to amend or alter any of the services as mentioned in the itinerary, after such tour or holiday has been booked, the Client shall have the right.


  1. This offer is open to customers aged 18 years or above. In case of children, at least one adult member, preferably a parent should accompany them.
  1. The accommodation is subject to the voucher holder providing us with a choice Of a single date.
  2. Meals, transport such as Rail/Air fares , Airport transfers and any kind of personal expenses which includes usage of extra bed, heater laundry, telephone and any other paid leisure facilities at the Resort/Hotel are included according to the Travovia India Pvt. Ltd. holiday package mention on the website.
  3. Group Booking are allow in this holiday package , if hotel booking are available according to your dates, before using this service please coordinate with our customer care executive.
  4. The package can be split in terms of days/destinations. For availability please coordinate with our customer care executive.
  5. All booking should be made 30 days in advance for Domestic and 45 days in advance for International Destinations.
  6. This voucher is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase of this pack from Travovia India Pvt. Ltd. Strictly one voucher can be redeemed at one time by a single household or within friends and family circle who bought this membership under our referral scheme for a particular destination and date .
  7. In order to avail this offer, the Booking request voucher must be completed and mailed to the Travovia India Pvt. Ltd. at the hello@travovia.com.
  8. All booking request vouchers need to be received at the Travovia India Pvt. Ltd.address as specified during the time of redemption along with a proof of identification. Alternatively you can fill it online.
  1. In either of these above cases the Client shall not be entitled to, or the Company shall not be liable to the Client for any damage. Additional expense, consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund.
  2. Any death personal injury, sickness, accident, loss , delay , discomfort ,increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused.
  1. Travovia India Pvt. Ltd. its affiliates/officers/ employees will not be responsible or liable to meet any claim of the customer against any accident, injury or death etc. caused to the customer or any of the member, either in the course of their stay in relation to the said Holiday Voucher or in any other manner or at any place in relation to the said Holiday Voucher. All persons taking the holiday are responsible for their own passport and visa requirements.
  2. No changes can be made to the free week once the booking has been confirmed.
  3. Any changes or cancellations to the additional services will be made in line with standard terms and conditions which will be advised at the time of booking.
  4. Bookings are subject to availability in case customer chooses to stay at a particular Resort. However, we honour any of the two or more choices of Destinations specified.
  5. Bookings will also be entertained through our customer care helpdesk number +91-9675510999 once we receive the Booking Voucher. The customer care helpdesk is available from 24*7.
  6. Any person availing this promotional offer shall be considered explicitly agreeing to the complete terms and conditions of holiday package.
  7. Travovia India Pvt. Ltd., the promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be responsible for loss, stolen, destroyed or delayed in the post of confirmation form and travel documents.
  8. Travovia India Pvt. Ltd., the promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be responsible or liable for any failure to present the confirmation forms on check-in to the affiliated resorts resulting in no admittance.
  9. Photocopies, defaced or incomplete vouchers will not be accepted. The vacation offer is non negotiable, non redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original voucher certificate.

  11. A confirmation letter through email will be issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel and the destination will be mentioned there in.
  12. Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained. The offer does not include any other services or facilities not mentioned herein.
  13. All payments can be made Travovia India Pvt. Ltd., by cash, Cheque, Demand Draft, Credit card, debit card, net banking or electronic money transfer. For booking which are made within 20 working days of tour departure, the full amount will become immediately payable. 100% payment has to be made to secure your booking on confirmed basis.
  14. It is your responsibility to contact the airline to check if there has been any change in the time of departure. We cannot be held responsible for any Cancellation or Delay of Flights due to Fog or any other technical reason. It is Airlines responsibility to provide the suitable connection in such conditions.
  15. Every Hotel has its own schedule of charges for various extra services and property damages. It is your responsibility to settle the bills/fine at the time of check-out.
  16. If you want to change any part of your booking, we will do all we can to help. However, the excutives are under no obligation to make any change, although with reasonable notice (usually more than four weeks), changes may be possible. If a Company is able to make a change, Travovia India Pvt. Ltd. will charge an administration fee per booking. In case of group booking, no alterations can be made since all the arrangements are made in advance to get the group rates with the Company.
  17. If you cancel your booking you may incur a cancellation charge. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the company of travel services or product. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If you are entitled to a refund please note Travovia India Pvt. Ltd. is unable to provide you with funds until. Travovia India Pvt. Ltd. will charge a cancellation fee per booking. In case of Group Bookings/Fixed Departures, no refund can be made once booking is confirmed.


  1. We hope you will have no reason to complain but if you are unhappy with any aspect of the services provided you must report it immediately to the supplier, or contact Travovia India Pvt. Ltd. We shall attempt to resolve the matter immediately. Failure to complain at your destination may mean we will be unable to resolve the dispute after you return home.
